BILL VINCENT

​Inducted in 2002

Bill was inducted into the SHSAA Packer Sports Greats in 2002.

Bill played basketball and baseball while at South. The lettered all four years and was honored All City, All State, and All American in basketball. He was also a member of the 1960 undefeated State Basketball Championship Team. 

​After high school he was a member and starter for University of Nebraska's basketball team.

The summer of 1963 Bill lost his life in a truck accident. In 1997 he was inducted into the  Nebraska High School Hall of Fame.
