Reunion Details

The Class of 1980's next major reunion, 45 years, will be in 2025. Details are below. 

Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025

SCHOOL TOUR
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Location: South High School 
Cost: No cost, but we will collect to give a group tip to our tour guide
Details: Meet by the bull in front of the main doors on 24th St.

LUNCH 
Time: 12:00 p.m.
Location: GI Forum (2002 N St)
Cost: Food and drinks on your own.

EVENING EVENT
Time: Cocktail Hour - 6:00 p.m. (cash bar)  |  Dinner - 7:00 p.m.  |  Music, Mingling, Laughs - 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. 
Location: Johnny's Cafe (4702 S. 27th St)
Cost: $40 per person includes buffet of sliced roast beef au jus; boneless grilled ginger chicken breast; baked meat lasagna; rice pilaf; scalloped potatoes; Italian green beans; tossed lettuce salad w Johnny’s vinaigrette dressing; relish tray with dip, fresh baked rolls & butter, brownies, and coffee or iced tea.  Any other drinks/cocktails will be available for your purchase. 
Details: Please come celebrate with fellow classmates for an evening of catching up, cocktails, food & fun!

The Class of 1980 had their 45-year reunion in August. Their reunion activities included touring South High and lunching at the GI Forum with the day culminating with dinner and music at Johnny’s Cafe. ​
