SHS Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Since 1987, the Hall of Fame Committee has honored SHS alumni for their contributions to the communities in which they live, to their professions, and to SHS. Honorees have been nominated by family, friends and colleagues. If you'd like to nominate a South High grad you deem deserving of the Hall of Fame award, please see below for details.

We are continuously looking for nominations for candidates worthy of SHS Hall of Fame. If you know someone who you think is deserving of this award, please nominate them! There are two ways to complete a Nomination Form - print a blank form to complete or fill out the online form below. The deadline to nominate for consideration the following year is October 1st.

Please consider the following areas for your recommendation:

One who has achieved personal excellence (business and professional).
Individuals who nurture their community through service, stewardship, and involvement (community and social).
Graduates may not be inducted until 20 years after graduation from SHS.
In your nomination please include educational background, professional background, accomplishments & honors, civic involvement & honors, and other significant accomplishments.
If applicable include a statement of significant contributions to SHS.
Nominee must support South High Alumni Association.
Selected inductees are required, if at all possible, to attend the Induction Ceremony.
